What is Reformer Pilates?
Reformer Pilates involves the use of a specialized apparatus known as the reformer. It features a footbar, carriage, pulleys, straps, and five springs that offer varying levels of tension. This form of resistance training encompasses a range of exercises designed to enhance strength, flexibility, and coordination. Additionally, props such as dumbbells, a Pilates ring, or a ball may be utilized to further enhance or support the workout.
What are the benefits of Reformer Pilates?
Reformer Pilates has shown associated benefits with increased strength, flexibility, and muscle tone as well as improvements to body awareness and control while also offering a low-impact exercise option, which is essential for joint health and injury recovery.

STEP 2
Download our booking app- mindbody and register.

STEP 3
Book a Class or Purchase an Intro Offer:
- New Client Trial – Unlimited classes – Expires x2 weeks following purchase.
- Casual – x1 Class – Expires 30 days following purchase.
* Our classes are very inclusive and we want everyone to be given the opportunity to achieve success so it is recommended that you attend a foundation class if you are new to reformer or would like to gain confidence prior to joining other classes.

STEP 4
Wear clothes that are suitable for exercise.
Bring your sweat towel, water bottle & grip socks.
*Grip socks are available for purchase in studio – Limited stock.

STEP 5
Arrive to class 10- 15 minutes early.
Introduce yourself, so that we can welcome you to our studio, introduce you to the reformers and get you familiar with the facilities. We would also love for you to give us feedback on your first class so we can help guide you further.
